Healthy soup


Food plays an essential role in our lives. Now, I am going to share how to boil ABC soup. It is convenient, delicious and healthy. Carrots provide vitamin B and it contains natural antibiotic. It is also good to prevent insomnia.  Potatoes can help to prevent from constipation and to supplement your diet. Onions can help to detoxify our internal bacterial and onions can also help to help your hair to grow to be more blackly and smoothly. Tomatoes can help to moisture your skin, tomatoes contain a lot of vitamin B and vitamin C. Nutritionist also encourage clients to eat more and more tomatoes because tomatoes can help to prevent from cancer disease and it may help to prevent from getting older .Overall, ABC soup is a good health and beauty supplement.






Firstly, you have to prepare the ingredients. I’m not going to add either oil or monosodium glutamate (Ajinomoto).


  ~5 potatoes
   ~5 tomatoes
~5 carrots
~5 onions
Salt (2 and a half tea spoons)

(This amount of ingredients can produce 7-8 bowls of soup)







Secondly, I’m going to wash all the vegetables. After cleaning, fill in water into the basin in order to soak the vegetables. While soaking, you may add some salt into the water to reduce agricultural chemical. 





Next, cut all the vegetables into small pieces.




Next, fill in water into the pot. (about half pot)




When the water is boiled, throw everything into the pot and boil 2 – 3 hours.





After that, you can also add a few tea spoons of salt in order to taste nicer






 Wow…. Does it look tasty to you? Yummy…Yummy…. The soup is full of vitamins and it is not oily because we didn’t add oil and meats.







If you like green onion like me, feel free to add some into your soup.

How to make banana scrub??


Look out your window, the sun is burning, the weather is so hot. It is definitely not a good time for you to hang out with friends now. Heat can make your skin dry and cause burns. Not only that, it increases oil production and breakouts of skin. So why not stay at home today, DIY your own body scrub and pamper yourself at home?
            Today, we are going to teach you how to make your own body scrub. It’s very easy to do, using very cheap ingredients and most importantly, it’s good for your skin.

All you need for this body scrub are:
1 ripe banana
                              3 tablespoons granulated sugar

How to make the banana scrub:

 
First, mash the banana into chunky paste.

Add 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and mix it well with the banana paste.


* If you want to use it for on your face, reserve some banana and mash it without sugar.
This is how it looks like after mixing with the sugar.


How to use it:
Slather the sugar mixture and gently massage over your body. Rinse off with warm water.

*Bananas are great for keeping your skin fresh and soft. They are also a great alternative to the potentially harmful chemicals found in many skincare products. This scrub is suitable for all kind of skin. It can be used for gentle exfoliation and skin tightening.
